We have tried to include as many destinations as possible! If your home sweet home is still not included, please contact us at hello@thepunchcards.com, we will do our best to send our PUNCHCARDS all the way to you.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. You can find estimated delivery times at checkout.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?

We take great care in packaging our postcards. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support with photos of the damage at hello@thepunchcards.com

Do you offer tracking information?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number right after your order is shipped by us.

What is the size of your PUNCHCARDS?

Our PUNCHCARDS are 105 x 148mm, this is the standard industry size.

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled via email during the 48h00 after you placed it (this includes weekdays only - Monday to Friday).
